About Quantock Outdoor Education

We offer alternative education to schools, local authorities,
children's homes, and foster families.

What We Do

We provide children and young people aged 4 to 18 years old with alternative and bespoke education in order for them to engage, progress and succeed in accessing education or employment. A focus on emotional literacy and well-being underpins the work we do with the children and young people that come to us. Many have had negative experiences of education and it is our job to harness their interests and build their sense of self worth.

Our experience has taught us that forming positive relationships and seeing the whole child, not just their educational needs, is the best way to support children to develop life skills and work towards meaningful qualifications.
